Glorious Life Gospel Center, Port Harcourt, AKA Peculiar People Ministries Int'l. Inc. Is a trans-denominational, multi-cultural, worship Centre where Jesus Christ is Lord and everybody is somebody. In 1978, God gave a clear mandate to his servant Bishop Goddy Okafor and this mandate is in three facets:

1. To Go as a fore-runner of our Lord Jesus Christ to every creature, winning and disciplining souls that will reign with our Lord Jesus Christ.
2. To Train believers for the work of the ministry. Eph.4:11-17.
3. To Equip believers to walk in victory, dominion and greater influence.
